YWCA Health & Fitness Center offers “Fitness for the rest of us.”
With a friendly, non-intimidating environment, Club W welcomes first time exercisers and people who haven’t felt comfortable at other gyms. Whatever type of workout you are interested in -be it water aerobics, strength training or tai chi – we are eager to help you get started. Every new member gets a fitness orientation, and we have adaptive equipment for all body types.
Of course, we also have plenty of challenging offerings such as our Triathlon Training Group and daily Bootcamp classes for folks who are further along on their fitness paths.
With a fully equipped gym, indoor cycling studio, solar-heated pool and classes ranging from yoga to Zumba, Club W is a place where you can meet your goals and energize your life. And being a part of the YWCA means more than just having a place to exercise. Your Club W membership fees will go to support the YWCA’s many vital programs aimed at eliminating racism and empowering women.
During the month of January, we are offering free enrollment to Club W. That’s a saving of $55 for an individual and $75 for a family. Our monthly rates are $38/month for an individual and $55/month for a family.
