New Fitness Offerings

Club W: The YWCA Health & Fitness Center, has some great new programs coming up for folks wanting to take their workouts to the next level.

YW Boot Camp June 20-30
Weekdays at 6 pm, sign up by June 15.

• Improve your cardio fitness and build lean muscle mass
•10 day total body workout including strength and cardio training
• Pre and post assessments including body fat percentage, weight and BMI

Cost: $100 for Club W members
$175 for non-members

YW Cross Train July 5-28
Tues. & Thur. at 6:30 pm,  sign up by June 28.

• 45 minute intense workout including strength and cardio training
• Utilizing a variety of exercises to challenge the body
• Incorporates kettle bells, med balls, jump ropes, indoor cycling, dumbells and more

Cost: $80 for Club W members
$140 for non-members

Summer Saturday Workshops
Bosu Workshop June 25th – Sign up by June 23
Medicine Ball Workshop July 16th – Sign up by July 14
Kettle Bell Workshop Aug. 20th – Sign up by Aug. 18
Functional Training Workshop Sept. 24th – Sign up by Sept. 22

Cost per workshop: $10 for Club W members, $17.50 for non-members
