YW Kids’ Fitness Program Starting in November!

The YWCA is happy to announce our new new Kids’ Fitness program which will be starting in November. Classes to be offered are Kid’s Yoga, Kid’s Zumba, Diving and Fit Swim Club. Kid’s Yoga is for ages 7-12 and is a fun, creative approach to yoga for children whose bodies are still growing. Yoga will meet Tuesdays at 3:30. Kid’s Zumba, also for ages 7-12 is a Latin dance inspired workout with nonstop dance moves emphasizing contemporary urban styles such as hip-hop, reggaeton and pop. It will meet Saturdays at 10:00 am. YW Diving Class meets Tuesdays at 4:15 pm in the YWCA’s solar-heated pool. Freestyle diving is Tuesdays at 6:45 pm. The YW Fit Swim Club meets Wednesdays at 5:00 pm. The cost for a 4-week Kid’s Fitness session is $70 for non-members, $45 for Aquatics members and $25 for Club W members.
