Improving Our Acoustics

23 Jan

The YWCA recently installed acoustical panels in a few of the noisier parts of the building. We can really tell a difference now that they are up! Thank you to Fred Morgan for his knowledge, insight and willingness to take Director of Operations Mary Beth Herman through the process  of developing a plan for the positioning of the panels. Thanks to our volunteer interior designer Cate Scales for advising us on fabric choice and color. Finally, thanks to Tam Wilson and Vicki Santner, our two woman construction crew (pictured), for hanging all of the panels.
